Your Privacy is important to us.

All information collected by Rally Run Gifts and Design Your Own (DYO) is used only by us to complete the order. We do not share this information with any third party except where necessary to complete the order eg. Australia Post.

All images sent to us via electronic form are kept for a period upto 3 months in case of a repeat order from you, the customer. After this time all images are then carefully deleted. If repeat orders are required after this time, the customer will need to supply another image to Rally Run Gifts.

All photographs posted to us for use in our personalised products will be returned to you when your order is completed.

From time-to-time we may photograph some of the personalised products created for use in promotional campaigns or on our website. If your item is choosen for this use, we will only use the photograph on written permission by you and we will clearly state when and where the image will be used. No Permission, no use.
