SHIPPING
Where possible we use pre-paid Australia Post Satchels.
The following shipping rates are for delivery in Australia.
Postage and handling:
$2.90 regular post - Items under 250grams and no thicker than 2cm
$5.50 regular post. - Items under 500grams
$9.60 regular post - Items 500grams to 3kg
Items over 3kg - postage will be calculated based on postcode or please email.
We can also ship internationally. Please contact us for delivery pricing to your country.
Please Note: FREE SHIPPING on all Dog tag orders only.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed online, by mail order or by phone during normal business hours. We also except postal orders sent to our post office box in Mildura.
We except payment by:

- Cheque/Money Order - Payment can be made out to "Rally Run Gifts"

RETURNS
We pride ourselves in creating high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
Personalised items are non-returnable or refundable. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item on proof of breakage, such as a photograph.
If we have made an error in printing your personalised gift we will replace the item free of charge. We will not however replace orders that are the sole error of the customer...please double check ALL personalised information before placing your order.
