RETURNS
We pride ourselves in creating high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
Personalised items are non-returnable or refundable. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item only on proof of breakage, such as a photograph. Other incurred shipping costs for the replacement item will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
If we have made an error in printing your personalised gift we will replace the item free of charge. We will not however replace orders that are the sole error of the customer...please double check ALL personalised information before placing your order.
Images or artwork that are supplied out-of-focus, under exposed or over exposed etc will be printed as such. No refund or reprint will be offered where the instance of the supplied image or artwork is of poor quality.
Colour representation
At Rally Run Gifts every effort is made to keep colour reproduction as close as possible to your image. Colour representation can be different between monitors and digital cameras. By accepting our terms and conditions you knowingly accept that colour discrepancies may occur however every attempt has been made to reproduce colours accurately
We use a method called Dye Sublimation. Dye Sublimation produces vibrant, near photo realistic transfers to your gifts. Please note: because the process is complex there can be fluctuations in the final colour outcome. We CANNOT guarantee to match the colours from your photographs exactly.
PRIVACY
All information collected by Rally Run Gifts is used only by us to complete the order. We do not share this information with any third party except where necessary to complete the order eg. Australia Post.
All images sent to us via electronic form are kept for a period upto 3 months in case of a repeat order from you, the customer. After this time all images are then carefully deleted. If repeat orders are required after this time, the customer will need to supply another image to Rally Run Gifts.
All photographs posted to us for use in our personalised products will be returned to you when your order is completed at your own cost.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RALLY RUN GIFTS, its officers, directors, owners, partners, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you.
Rally Run Gifts accepts NO responsibility or liability for copyright infringement. Rally Run Gifts assumes that all images, either emailed or sent via the mail are free from copyright in accordance with relevant Australian and International Copyright Legislation or the relative permission has been gained from the respective source. Any legal action that arises from copyright infringement is the sole responsibility of the purchaser (customer) and in no way is Rally Run Gifts responsible.
You agree not to transmit images or artworks that are deemed to be obscene, illegal, defamatory or pornographic.
By emailing/posting your image to the Rally Run Gifts you warrant that :1)It is your own original photo or image 2.)You have written permission from the copyright owner 3.)It does not infringe any law, either state or federal.
We reserve the right to ask you to sign an indemnity form if there is any doubt regarding copyright.

Can I have my gift sent to another recipient?
Yes! If your purchase is for someone else, we can post the item directly to them - saving you the extra postage. Just contact us with the details and we will post the item ASAP.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped direct from our office in Mildura, Victoria, Australia. We use Australia Post for all of our shipments. Other means of shipping, such as couriers, can be arranged, however shipping costs will increase and there may be delays. Please contact us if you wish to use another option in shipping your items.
How much will it cost to ship my items?
Postage costs are determined by the weight and size of your order and will be calculated when you checkout. We use the postal costs set by Australia Post.
How do I know the item has been posted?
Once the order is ready to be sent we will send you an email notification so you know to expect it shortly.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Shipping with Australia Post can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to reach most Australian destinations. Remote areas may take longer.
Do you ship overseas?
We can ship overseas, however please contact us before purchase so shipping costs can be calculated and emailed to you so you know exactly the price you are paying at checkout.
How do I supply a photograph?
All images should be sent to us as a JPG file. Files should be at least 150dpi to 300dpi and have a file size of at least 2.5mb. Photographs taken with a mobile phone are generally not suitable. If the image is not of a suitable quality we will contact you to supply a new photograph.
Please forward all images to our email address quoting your order reference number.
